When the owners of Barker’s Meow set out to update their beach house in Edisto, they needed more than a typical contractor—they needed a team that could handle a complete transformation from the ground up. Price Roofing was brought in to take on a full interior and exterior renovation, delivering a refreshed, structurally sound home designed for coastal living. This wasn’t a simple upgrade. The home required:
- A full gut renovation
- Structural updates and reframing
- New materials throughout the entire home
- Coordination of multiple phases of work on a tight timeline
Our team handled the project from start to finish—managing demolition, rebuild, and installation with a hands-on approach. Interior work included taking the home down to its studs and reframing, plus installing all new flooring, siding, and windows. Exterior work included a full exterior refresh to match the coastal environment, along with installing a custom blue shingle roof.
Despite the size and complexity of the project, our team completed the renovation in approximately 6–7 weeks. Complete Exterior Renovation in Wellford, SC
We completed a full exterior renovation in Wellford, SC, including a new roof, Hardie board siding, 6-inch gutters, new windows, and exterior doors, along with structural framing updates to support the upgrades.
During the project, the scope expanded as the homeowner chose to replace all windows for a more cohesive final look. Our team coordinated multiple exterior systems while adapting to these changes and maintaining steady progress.
We also covered and extended the front porch, creating a more functional outdoor living space and enhancing curb appeal.

Shingle Roof in Spartanburg, SC
We were called out to inspect and perform some maintenance on a house that the customer had recently purchased. Other companies had showed the home owner the obvious problems, which could be repaired, but after our thorough inspection, we found multiple concerns with the install of the roof and made the customer aware of many rusted nails and potential leaks due to the install. We offered a roof tune up but suggested a complete removal and install.
The homeowner had invested a lot of money in the property and wanted the peace of mind that he had a properly installed roof. Not only did he get a properly installed roof, but we installed a 50 year shingle as well.

We were called by a homeowner that had a leaking roof, that was only 2 years old. This happens more than you would expect...
After inspecting the roof, we found that it wasn't installed correctly and that the company that installed the roof re-used all the old pipe boots and flashings.
We replaced all the pipe boots to fix the leak and left the customer with a proposal for a new roof.
